Levi's® Maastricht

This is my mom’s favorite Levi’s store in the whole country! Even though this store is not the closest one to our house, we always go to this location because their service goes above and beyond. Ava was able to help me pick out a couple styles that fit nicely and in which I felt comfortable. Glenda is the best tailor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Nikki helped us check out and was so lovely through the process. Today was another wonderful experience, and I will continue to shop here for all my denim and embroidery needs.

AVA IS AMAZING!! I came in looking for a pair of jeans with a relaxed but fitted silhouette that I can wear for any occasion. I’ve been having a hard time finding a pair like that. As soon as I walked in Ava greeted me with amazing energy and not only helped me find a pair that I love. But also find another pair that I’m excited to come back and buy later! She also helped me with any future concerns when it came to sizing through connecting me to Glinda they’re tailor. I also received amazing service from her and she gave me some tips on making my jeans last :) Everyone one should shop at this Levi’s and nowhere else and also shop with AVA specifically great team and energy!!!!

When I first walked in and started looking at all of the jeans this nice young salesman, Izzy (who was busy putting jeans back on the shelf) asked if he could help me! He asked me all the right questions, like style, likes and dislikes and even helped me figure out what size I would need (since sizes run different than I was used to). He showed me to the dressing room after carefully selecting the jeans throughout the store. He made me feel important and not rushed! I am a 50 year old lady and shop in many places and trust me when I say “you don’t find this kind of service anywhere!” Thank you Izzy for your kindness and genuine service! I will definitely be back!

Ryugen (I think that was his name) was amazing! He helped me pick a very sold pair of pants that would look great on me! He raises the standard and will come to see him again
